1、晚到但需要保留住宿。

物品准備
在平時我們工作的時候就應該在電話旁邊准備好紙和筆,方便記錄客戶電話內容。
左手拿話筒
大多數人習慣用右手拿起電話聽筒,但是,在與客戶進行電話溝通過程中往往需要做必要的文字記錄。在寫字的時候一般會將話筒夾在肩膀上面,這樣,電話很容易夾不住而掉下來發出刺耳的聲音,從而給客戶帶來不適。為了消除這種不良現象,應提倡用左手拿聽筒,右手寫字或操縱電腦,這樣就可以輕松自如的達到與客戶溝通的目的。
接聽時間
在電話鈴響三聲之內接聽,如果有事情耽誤了接聽電話的時間,在接到客戶電話時應該首先向其道歉。
保持正確的姿態
接聽電話過程中應該始終保持正確的姿勢。一般情況下,當人的身體稍微下沉,丹田受到壓迫時容易導致丹田的聲音無法發出;大部分人講話所使用的是胸腔,這樣容易口乾舌燥,如果運用丹田的聲音,不但可以使聲音具有磁性,而且不會傷害喉嚨。
因此,保持端坐的姿勢,尤其不要趴在桌面邊緣,這樣可以使聲音自然、流暢和動聽。此外,保持笑臉也能夠使來電者感受到你的愉悅。
重復電話內容
